Yes Minhyun is the lead vocalist for Nu'est. He also helps compose and write songs for Nu'est - they all write songs together. I'm not sure why he doesn't have that many lines in Wanna One. I saw one MV for Wanna One and Minhyun got 11 seconds in the 8 minute video, but it could be worse two members only got 2 seconds in the 8 minute video :)
