I went to college in Iowa. I'm sure you like Oslo or Norway more than Chicago! I wish that you'd have got your driver's licence in the US. In Norge, drivers had to learn how to drive in the snow and first aid. I'm glad that they put a lot of responsibilities on drivers there!

Hmmm. I can’t recall any no go zone here because it’s generally quite safe here even for solo travellers.

Ling, a jente named Karen Elene Thorsen wrote a book called "Fattig Student". She teaches people how to pick affordable and healthy food from supermarkets. She recently got married and became a mother. I'm jealous haha. Maybe her book would give you some ideas how to grocery shop affordably.

Also, I heard that many stores and supermarkets are closed on Sunday because of quiet Sundays. It sounds like some restaurants and some supermarkets would sitll be open on Sundays. I can't imagine that the mortgage interest rate is this high in Oslo. I hope that you can refinance later at a lower rate.

Yes! Most of the stores including supermarkets are closed on Sunday. There are some supermarkets open on Sunday but not much. For restaurant wise, they open on Sunday but close on Monday instead.

Omg. Tusen Takk, Ling! Thank you for making a video that I was asking about. Some people think that it's really expensive to live in Norway or Oslo. Well they probably have not been to Manhattan in New York City or San Francisco haha

是的呢～選擇較少，都是根莖類蔬菜。如果要累死空心菜那種的話得去亞超買差不多40克朗，份量大概是一盤

hello，我先给你点个赞呀，我近期有一个去挪威的offer，是去做HR内容的，具体地点还待定（估计是毕尔根or奥斯陆）。薪水大概在56k CNY 大概83k NOK的样子，因为ZH区的互联网搜不到相关税法，想问问你每年100万克朗不算额外年终奖得话，扣除税和社会保险，实际可支配收入是多少呢一个月，能不能save money呢？因为以后想把我gf也接到NOV来所以先来求教一下，没去过北欧因为我以前在南非和德国以及塞尔维亚收入算比较高的所以吃饭上会比较能花钱（在大陆也是我的饮食开销比别人高），想问问这方面需要注意什么。期待回复 thanks~

你可以直接用官网的计算机来算哦：skattekalkulator.formueinntekt.skatt.skatteetaten.no/skattekalkulator/skatteplikt ，是蛮准确的。基本上就是差不多45%的收入去了税。主要要看开销，因为这里吃实在太贵了，一餐花费便宜的都人均140克朗，普通的都要250克朗人均。我之前在新加坡开销也算大，但来到挪威之后就需要控制一下消费了。如果之后把女朋友也接过来的话但是花一份收入的话可能生活消费就会比较拮据。

应该不错，如果不是经常外食。自己煮，大城市方便些。

是的哦，大城市肯定方便些因为这里的公共交通系统不怎么好。如果住比较偏远或郊区的话还是得有车比较方便。我们住距离oslo开车1个小时的郊区，没有外卖也没有餐厅给我们去外食，亚超的话也是市区才有，这就很不方便了除非有车
