The 3 trophies 2 trophies thing is just randomized. For example, if you have Mortis, Crow, and Belle. The first time it will be 3-crow, 3-Belle, and 2-Mortis. The next time it’ll be 3-Mortis, 3-Belle, and 2-crow.

In 3v3 you get +8 trophies under 800 meaning that you’ll get +3 for 2 brawlers and +2 for one brawler because duels in technically 3v3

The reason why it's 2 trophies for one brawler and 3 for the other 2, regardless of trophy range, is cuz the devs made it that you would gain 8 trophies every round so they choose a random brawler to gain 2, you will notice it after a few games of duels
