As a Penny main, the reason her cannon, and by extension hypercharge, is good is because it creates a wide range of area control that can cause the opposing team to be walled out by either her cannon or penny herself, so even if little or no cannonballs actually land, it causes the enemies to move in a pattern that makes it much easier to hit Also, you'd be surprised by how many people end up getting hit by the cannonballs in the heat of the moment, so pairing that up with her hypercharge and pet power gear, you have a potential instakill that stays on the field until something is done about it

Nubbz, If u are wondering why some hcs were so misplaced: SpenLC also focusses alot on charge rate and the speedboost, damage boost and shield boost were also inconsidered. He also tried them out against pro players and had to assume how the normal player base would play

@ nah that’s not meta that’s preference doesn’t mean the brawlers r good. I’m talkin abt the objective meta so no matter what the good brawlers r always better. Like u can’t say kenji is worse than Doug just cuz it’s 100 trophies. But in a circumstantial meta ig ur right cuz ppl r worse or more casual in some ranges so bad brawlers can work

Good idea for kit hypercharge, upon activation, it gives you -50% stats and if you super, it kills you immediately . The hyper charge is called “justice is served”

I see alot of people underrate tara's hyper,its honestly really solid, not only is the range bigger but it pulls people THROUGH walls snd destorys every wall it comes in contact with, its a huge gamechanger on some maps!

Fun fact: Using surges hyper charge while having full ammo activate the gadget to shield yourself and get 2 ammo back if you get hit. If timed correctly and you unload all your ammo then get hit you will have 5 shots of absolute devastation☠️☠️

Penny's hypercharge is intended to put pressure to the enemies, put it on a spot where they can't reach and you control the whole match. It's indeed broken if you know where to put the turret and it's really easy to hit.

I think the idea of pearls hypercharge is that you push them out of your circle, and then if they come back, they take damage. ex: hot zone, push enemies of the zone, and they can't come back.

yo nubbz there are some new glitches- Tara's shadows explode with the revengance power up, for some reason in the 3 day contest i faced bots for 4 matches in a row (my friend and I were using 500 trophy range brawlers)

I have some Ideas to fix the F's: Nani will become completely invincible when using her hypercharged super, Genes hand will fly faster at the enemy but when it grabs the opponent it will fly slower back to Gene, Pearls Flame that she leaves on the ground will not only be larger than her super but it will also giver back heat faster when she stands in it, Sprouts hypercharged super will shoot spikes all over when destroyed poisoning enemies (kinda like Spikes gadget, and also works when destroyed with Sprouts gadget). I dont know how broken or how bad this would be though.

13:43 Neat bit of tech with Buzz's hypercharge is that using the nerfed Super from Reserve Buoy on a wall gives you an actual, full-strength Super; practically amounting to a Super on demand (if you're not on a *really* bushy map that'll make you use X-ray Shades instead, but that's not often)

If you didn't know, poco's can still overshield you even if your not at full hp, the way it works is that if you are healed the full health, any healing that could have been healed left over is converted to a shield. And btw it charges rly fast

hear me out on this sprout hyper rework so basically when you throw the super there is a decently big hole in the middle which traps in players but still allows them to have enough space so they don't get instantly killed by sprouts attacks

One thing that’s cool about Squeak’s hypercharge is that the second one bounces off of walls, so you can use walls to do a lot of damage in certain areas and situations

The problem with Ruffs hypercharge is that if your teammate has normal medalion, he can't pick up the hypercharged and also someone with no hypercharge brawler will take or you will accidently take it (as Ruffs) but also if you pick a hypercharge medailion during your hypercharge it won't fill up your hypercharge button

Rico is insane imo, it has everything it need, solid stats boost, you get it fast, you can make much more than one super in one hypercharge, it deserves way better than B tier

I like playing Jacky, she isn’t my main, but she’s one of my best brawlers. I personally think her hypercharge is good because that paired with her speed gadget gives her super speed, and the extra damage with the pull makes her an absolute beast on the battlefield.

11:27 Tara’s hyper also makes the WHOLE ZONE a hit box which is amazing in brawl ball because instead of a small zone destroying 2 box’s and not hitting brawlers it hits and breaks everything another thing is if you get 2 brawlers in that zone and main attack twice you can pop another hyper super which is a true 14k damage “combo” but still is bad for some other game modes BUT it does deserve b or low a

Honestly, regardless how good the hypercharge ability is itself, I feel like hypercharges were just a good addition to the game both from a casual perspective and a competitive one. Even hypercharges like Darryl's still feel fun when you're rolling around in solo queue, but also good for speed and damage in competitive.

honestly, pearl hypercharge should just be a mix of her flame gadget and her normal super, without any flaming circle on the ground, just if you hit someone with your hypercharge super (if you're at max heat it should do more damage) it will burn them.

Barley hypercharge should be A tier, its cover a larger area and it also faster than his normal super. Really great especially on hot zone, you can take back the zone and apply pressure

Ngl tick's hyper charge is really good because you can force people into your mines because of the area control it provides allowing you to atleast guarantee a couple hits + you can easily eviscerate edgars and mortises so I would put it higher

Brock’s hypercharge should’ve been like F or D tier, and penny’s should’ve been A or S. It might not seem super flashy but honestly it’s just so good to keep a ton pressure going on the map (especially with the pet gear) making so easy to predict peoples movement, the best part is tho for those who don’t fully pay attention the cannon balls, well they can literally like 1-shot a lot of brawlers with the pet gear or at least make them 1-shot Sorry for the essay but like I swear u underrating it

Fun fact Otis ink refills star power doesn’t work in hyper which makes hyper deal around 5% LESS damage then being in base making his BASE better in general 14:37

Oof, Pearl Hypercharge in F tier.😓 Now listen… there is a solid way to use it, but it definitely requires pushing forward with whatever advantage you have & keeping the heat gauge high for an instant K.O. But personally I would put it no higher than C tier.

Penny has twice the area denial, if a brawler is stunned or stuck they take 3k-6k damage (+BURN) and lastly it makes aiming easy they are forced to go in the same direction they can’t swap a second after it shoots to avoid it because the second shot goes in the direction they are facing a tab but more then the first I also have lost one game on hot zone that wasn’t duel zone and I’m leg now. 5:22

The hypercharge of Pearl is bad itself but a hypercharged pearl deals 7000 dmg in an instand explosion .That basicaly a dyna hypercharge ult with the demolition star power so just bc that dmg buff is huge for a brawler like pearl it goes in at least a tier for me

In real game thats not going to happens often. At least with dyna hyper it is possible very often. Pearl hyper super requires full heat, enemy on top of you, and enemy staying inside the circle which is not happening, so overall pearls hyper would be dealing 4k on average, which for a hyper is underwhelming.

Coolest part about Poco's is it charges very quickly, it'll be charged by the time you get 2 supers Main issue with Mico's is how long it takes to charge, ironically it's the exact same as Poco's :P His playstyle just isn't as clean. I'd say 8 hits would be perfect for him then you could hyper get your hits in then super after which is what Mico wants to do Honestly I think Darryl's is F tier it's worse than his gadget, the charging part is pointless on the first roll even though that's where the extra shield from the hyper is best, finally the tank stat spread is so blegh for him 25/5/25 you are using his super the speed is worthless meanwhile 5% attack up is horrible on him. If it was 5/25/25 would be perfect and 15/15/25 would be acceptable as well.

For buzz hyper it’s better if you use it to get to enemy’s behind a wall so like if you are one one side of the wall and someone is on the other charge the hyper and get to someone without fail or with tanks you can do the same as the old version but attack go to wall go back

just bought the stu hyper and for me it do not change a lot. Like before it was "attack super attack super attack", and now its "attack hyper super super attack super attack super super", so for for me the only thing that change its that you can super even if you dont touch your attack, but its not broken

Stu’s in S tier and Edgar in A tier is criminal 😭 Like I definitely thinks Stu’s is good and it’s super fun but it’s more like an A tier HC while Edgar’s is like S tier simply for the fact that it’s so good that it makes a brawler (as bad as Edgar) playable within the meta and impacts the game a lot.
