My biggest complaint is when you mute the mic it says "Microphone Off" and "Microphone On" when you turn it back on. During this time it mutes all incoming sound as well. Doesn't sound terrible, but if you want to mute and unmute your mic on the go it's highly annoying. If you use discord and mute/unmute this will block the incoming sound of others talking and no seeable way to turn this feature off.

I agree. I just got them, and I have the same complaint about the headset, however pretty solid experiences so far.

I thought they changed the model over time. I got mine 2 years ago and it just makes a high/low tone beep when I mute/unmute. I think that blockage is normal with their headsets and there's no way to turn it off.

@@CreepyClassroom1 I don't know about muting the headset... it has a volume dial. Muting the mic is the button on the back left ear piece.

@@Danny-dh2pg yes. I don’t use them now tho..the connection stopped to soon between my calls so there was always a delay in hearing my customers. If u steady use them they are ok for the price but didn’t work for my work needs

I've my PC turned off, and the headset is off as well, with the Dongle still plugged into a USB port. Is it supposed to be flashing in that case? It's flashing in blue, if that helps at all.

I have it and listen to music. It’s not gonna be nearly as good for music as much as music headphones are, but it doesn’t sound bad by any means

Hold down the power button to turn off/on and they’ll disconnect, and if you’re using the usb chip just unplug it
