you have missed out the reaction between electron and positron which forms two gamma rays and it takes place twice.

I agree. Perhaps you could argue that that is a secondary effect. Wiki has it as 26.7MeV as well

The problem is that positrons and electrons emitted from the same reaction don’t cancel out immediately with each other, and as such, he’s calculations are correct

In the core all the H and He atoms are complitely ionized, because of the high temperature. So there are no electrons in this chain! Another thing: what about gamma rays?

Wrong! Right at the beginning. The formed Deuterium does NOT gain an electron, or negative charge, it gains a neutron.
