-I have a radiation detector that works. Normal background radiation is shown on my desk. If I put it near my crotch, it picks up slightly, since testicals are slightly radioactive. I have a vaseline glass vase that glows under black light due to the 2% diuranate in the glass, and this wakes the detector up. Yet.... When I place it near my smoke detectors, and I mean right on them....There is very little difference. Thoughts?
