India Russia has cracked deals on advanced nuclear fuels on very cheap price and Russia is the biggest producer of nuclear fuel. India russia are also looking forward for development of nuclear reactor power on moon space station in future. They are trying to derail India russia cooperation by which they can hurt russian exports and indegenisation nuclear technologies in India.
