I don't know. I was so excited about Tyrant when I heard Hallow Planet like years before that album came out. Then when it finally did, the album was just generic deathcore 101. It had some cool riffs here and there, but everything else was just boring. Xenocide was a gigantic shift with more focus on atmosphere by using leads, with less breakdowns, and much better songwriting. It was one of the most unique albums the genre has ever produced. They seem to continue that with this new song. The leads they use in the chorus are so awesome. I can't wait to hear the new record.

The flood are a pathetic parasite that achieve absolutely nothing on their own The killed ancient humanity because the forerunners let them They beat the forerunners because they didn't bother trying to kill the flood until the flood already won Master plot armour survives being in the library and every single other encounter with the flood The arbiter survives all his solo encounters with the flood The flood only take high charity because there was a civil war going on and the prophet straight up disregards them The flood arrive on Africa then get instantly annihilated because there was nothing to keep attention off of them (they are literally shown throughout the entire franchise incapable of winning on their own merit) Master plot armour survives a trip to high charity again Master plot armour and the arbiter survive the swarm of flood they just fought beside They both survive being on a halo ring infested with the flood The halo wars games also show the flood getting annihilated at every turn Halo wars 2 has them gaining ground through artificial difficulty They are absolutely pathetic and overhyped af The line "a single spore can wipe out civilisations" is outright contradicted and proven false at every single turn

For anyone wanting lyrics for the song, here they are I despise you Everything you do Inexplicable Blind and powerless Suffering begins Abduction You are taken, forsaken Stripped of your clothes, comatose You awaken to a presence that reeks of hatred Malevolent, ancient, immortal, ageless Blood will be spilled Bodies sacrificed Condemned to die through experiments of the fourth kind Eternal suffering! Tied down, Limbs spread out, Impregnation begins Bleeding intestinal seeping, Your screams are smothered now Tearing, As i'm inserting, Reproductive organs Into, The human womb, Procreation tomb. I despise you Everything you do Inexplicable Blind and powerless Suffering begins Abduction Tied down, Limbs spread out, Impregnation begins Bleeding intestinal seeping, Your screams are smothered now Tearing, As i'm inserting, Reproductive organs Into, The human womb, Procreation tomb. The monolith revealed it's purpose You were all born as our servants No god will save you from it Hurt for me my victims, As i torture your every breath The smell of rotting flesh, Keeps me alive in this place of death. Suffer, Procreate and die, This has become your life (x2) I despise you Everything you do Inexplicable Blind and powerless Suffering begins Abduction The god you cry to doesn't breathe He won't help you finally see, This is all that's left, Just you and me I will grow an army of hybrids Half human, Half something of nightmares Tearing you from the inside As you await death for the first time The breeding process is complete I will create, Reanimate The god you cry to doesn't breathe Hung long ago, By our species.

Killing the music with this band Thanx Nuclear Blast for all Music distribution ...great song 🤘 I recommend them the band SADISM from Chile for your rows!!! Greetings from Chile
@atarothe74566 жыл бұрын
Just listened to Conversion,Crystal Clear Vision,Revelation6.6 and Burning Inside from them and clearly I do think their vocalists has not wide enough range of vocals, like he stays in a very short modification of it's voice, though instrumentals seems nice the vocals are too repetitive. (still it's just my opinion 'bout da band after four songs). When I started right now listening to them I thought they were on like their ep or second album max because their songs are very basics, they do not give any add-on which would make the band particular and they sound like a generic deathhore band, I don't know if it's really the purpose of Nuclear Blast to get a generic band showing not really much of personality throughout time and experience. With that being said I do not deny the work they are putting unto their music or the capacity of their vocalist and I do know they do very well, just not my style and I don't think they've got that lil thing needed to come out on top of the line deathhore band.
