Finns and metal is just a recipe for good quality music. Vocal feels like Soilwork and Throwdown mixture while melody is good Children of Bodom and Hypocrisy vibes. Best of luck for you guys. Today is becoming really hard to find good quality metal that is not just plain Djent.

@@kasubarukun22Finnish melodic death metal has always been a step above all the other metal genres. The sense of melody, song structure, and playing ability has always set itself apart from the typical outplayed copy paste Djent and OSDM bands. American metal needs to take more notes.

@@TheGamesAndMetal I only ever heard one Throwdown album (2009's Deathless) but in my opinion the similarity is in the vocal capability to sing melodically and agressively at the same time, kind of 'screaming the melodies' way, think early 90's Phil Anselmo vibe.

110% agree. I actually consider Daniel a one of a kind guitarist, the choice of notes he can deliver is so uplifting. There isn't a single guitar player on the scene that can match his melodic prowess. For example the solos he plays in Naildown's 'Like I'd Care' or Bodom After Midnight's 'Paint The Sky With Blood' are just pure gold 🏆
