I bet she had some sort of cancer or complication later in life. I have seen that same footage in a nuclear physics course where they use those burns on her arm as an example of fallout induced burns.

The B83 Gravity Bomb was being a follow up for the failed B77. The B83 was maked fromed many of same components as the B77 but was maked safer from accidental detonations and had others of safety stuff added to it. The original 16mm films show way better detail and are most interesting. Nevada National Nuclear Test site has these types of films available for the public for a fee.
