So Is this a option to have exposed concrete above grade then continue up with regular nudura insulated block for a 1 storey house? Can this done?

More like for elevators; inside has exposed concrete. Icf can be used below or above grade interior traditional stuff on top of Styrofoam dry wall, stucko Exterior traditional stuff on top of Styrofoam brick, stucko, vinyl w.e
