I think you have a smaller rim than I do, lol. Me and my friend got this installed on my bike today, really interesting system. But man it always goes together much easier in videos. :)

Great Video! I've watched quite a few videos regarding Tubliss. This is the best one. You talk well and explain well. Great job! Question: Does the video show Tubliss Generation-2 or Gen-1? If the video is Gen-1, is there anything notably different about Gen-2 I should be away of? Comment: You should show your face in the beginning, introduce yourself, your company, and why you made this video. Really brief intro. That's all I'm talking about. Do you want the viewers to come to you to purchase tires and Tubliss? On the other hand, a "generic" or "educational only" video is not all bad. I just think you missed on one of the opportunities to connect with you audience. That's all.

The rear wheel is much easier to do than the front tyre, I find it really hard to get the last part of the tyre over the rim, I guess because the drop zone in the front rim is smaller and the tubliss system is taking up most of the space in the drop centre.

@New Zealand Trailriding, Ask the shop if they are familiar with the TUbliss system since they'll need to use their own discretion. They can change tires any way they see fit, as long as they do not damage the inner bladder in the process. I wouldn't drop it off without at least having a conversation with them first.

Is it ok to get the bike shop to use a tyre machine to put the tyre on?

I rode my tubliss with a flat rear tire and the tube wore through the red outer part and was down to the cords. It's destroyed.

Do you recommend reusing the tubliss system when you change tires, or no?

Great video, Thanks! If you plan to use slime in the tire, can it be used as a lubricant instead of the soapy water as I have heard the soapy water disrupts the chemistry of the slime. Thanks!

Seating the bead is critical to any tire installation. Used tires can compromise an ideal installation if they are misshapen or if the bead is damaged in any way. This usually occurs with off-road tires when they've been spooned on and off the rim a million times. It becomes especially critical when there is no tube involved, as with a TUbliss system. It's not an absolute negative to use a used tire, but TUbliss can't guarantee that it's a good idea either, so they advise against it.

Why so dofficult to get bead into drop center on second side installing tire??? Went smooth all the way to that point...seems to be no flex in system....no mention anywhere of this either
