I've just gotten a Trinity Nuface, I'm 69 years old, and I really love your videos. I've watched several different people demo the Nuface, but you definitely make the process the most clear, and also are great at removing some of my initial fear of using a microcurrent device. I really think my face is going to thank you, too. Hi! I found you looking for a GOOD NUFACE demo and so glad I found yours! I saw I had been doing it ALL WRONG! I tried to do it as it LOOKED in the demo they had but was NOT getting any good results. Also I couldn't afford the Trinity with the attachments and thought maybe it wouldn't work without those. After watching YOUR demo and doing it the RIGHT way, WOW, what a difference! I do have BAD 11 lines and didn't know what to do with those but saw how you went up between the brows and will try that and it looks like it should make a difference. Thank you for so much information regarding the Trinity unit. I just purchased it yesterday at Nordstrom. The instructions said to charge it for 12 hours for it to be fully charge . I noticed that after just 2 hours the unit showed the blue half circle on the front of the unit was solid and not blinking - meaning it was fully charged. Thank you so much.

I believe you're referring to your depressor angel oris muscle. When it gets tight it can pull the corner of the mouth down. Try using a Gua Sha or roller to loosen up that muscle.

Julie Miller yes the mini and retail trinity are the same strength. However, they make a PRO Trinity as well. That’s what I use. It’s stronger and you get better results. I suggest purchasing the retail Trinity over the mini because it has the capability of interchangeable attachments.

plnpunch feel free to do that if you’d rather disinfect. That’s what we do in between treatments. I’m a little less picky for home use.

I just used an aqueous cream to remove my makeup and then exfoliated with a scrub washing my face clean before the gel. It certainly felt really clean and after my first home treatment my face felt great! I just took a spray bottle with some mineral water (I hear its a good way of getting the minerals into your treatment) with a pinch of salt for conductivity to refresh the gel and it worked well. You know looking at my face the lines I am beginning to get at the corners of my mouth look better! I think I will do a bit more to try to address the vertical lines on my lips too! OMG its super addictive!

Do you leave it plugged in all the time? Before you purchase this if you have an implant nuface doesn't recommend using. I have a pain/baclofen pump implant and I can use it. You can rub the excess in, wipe it off, or wash your face - it's up to you. Some folks seem to find it does fine under their other skin care/makeup, but apparently it can cause pilling when used with some products. Some folks (including me) wash it off because they just don't like it.

Carrie Miller Think of it as working out with your personal trainer vs working out at home. You still get benefits from the workouts you do without your trainer just as using your NuFACE at home will tone the muscle in between your monthly facials.

Lorrie Kempf So I never did. I was fine using the head it comes with to work my eye area. The benefit of the Elle is that the smaller probes offer a more targeted delivery and pull a lower power which can be beneficial under the eye. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I see how some people might benefit but I always suggested skipping that purchase.

Riha Ma it will help to strengthen the other muscles up there reducing the severity. For really great results, I would do a combination of microcurrent AND LED light therapy - both can be done with the NuFace device. LED helps to diminish wrinkle depth.

Hi there! I am wondering about using the trinity under the eye area. I have been doing so and I like the result, however, I have also read and seen that you shouldn't use it on the circular eye muscle area and temples. I am not sure what this means?

Deborah Fisher you’re fine using it around the eye. You don’t want to use it inside the orbital bone which is incredibly hard to do and would also be uncomfortable. If you’re using the device around the temple without irritation, feel free to continue doing so. This is just a sensitive juncture of the skull. Some people say it gives them headaches. I’ve never experienced that. And even the NuFace videos show movements ending there.

Hi Katie, my Nuface Mini doesn't light up all the way, and never has. To get three bars activated in the middle, I press the center button until three bars light up. There is no plus or minus button either just one in the center. Bought the device about 7 to 8 years ago. Would you say it's a waste of time and money. I think I still notice a difference because when I don't use it, I feel as though I look older. I wonder, however, if I had purchased the regular Nuface ( the one you're using) could I be looking much younger by now? what do you think; is there a difference between the two devices in your professional opinion?

Some people might prefer it, I personally find I can fit the traditional attachment above my lip and below my brows. You'll use both in the same way, hold the device while gently lifting the muscle upward. I like to hold for 3 beeps per area. In this video, I do this under my cheek bones and under my brow bone. You could do the same technique for above the lip.

pmymode OMG! That’s amazing! I’m jealous. I still don’t have a Ziip! So you can definitely alternate these devices and make them work for your schedule but if you wanted to use them as part of one routine, I’d suggest this: Cleanse with the Clarisonic brush, tone the skin, add any oil free serum you might have, apply Ziip’s gold or silver gel, do Ziip routine of choice depending on what your skin is needing that day, then fine tune any areas with the NuFace where you want added lift (from what I’ve seen, NuFace still gives a better lift / Ziip is fantastic for overall skin health), then apply an oil or moisturizer and massage the product in using the Clarisonic attachment. I’m super excited to hear about your results with all three devices and any feedback you have using them. ❤️

April Wallace my pleasure! So I personally alternate between a few different kinds of washes - Milk, oil cleanser, Mycellar waters. As long as you thoroughly remove the cleanser you shouldn’t run into any interference. I remove mine with a warm compress/wash cloth. It creates a nice little ritual, pressing the hot cloth into the skin before removal, and adds a light exfoliation. Your skin is full of natural oils. You don’t need a squeaky clean surface to do microcurrent. Ultimately, you just don’t want to add oil based products topically pre treatment. 😊
