Still love the unique sound, Nuffield tractor engines make. Similar note to David Brown tractors. Two absolute classics. That often gets overlooked, but are very reliable and reasonably easy to work on. They don't command the prices, that MF 135 or Fordson Dexta do at retirement sales etc. But are still a very worthwhile investment. You can't beat any older machinery, that hasn't got temperamental computer software and AdBlue. How many 6R 250's or similar, will still be working faultlessly, in 40 / 50 years ? Not many I imagine.
