First time viewer, nice video thanks. I've been using exactly that bottom bait blow back rig for years with a lot of success, found the concept in a magazine and kept tweaking it til I got it right. 7 inches is my standard length on a lead clip, 10 inches and I lose fish, prefer a short shank wide gape hook straight point the old fox sssp's . I use to play around with all sorts of rig patterns and found it got too complicated. Now just have one bottom bait rig and one pop up rig and chod if in weed.

Hi bud like yours videos Your ronnie and german rigs are not quite right. Never cover the barrel with strink tube and slide the micro swivel bead up to the bend use a size 4 korda kurv. This improves the spinning properties of the hook. Also this year I have found putting tungsten beads or putty up the main line or leader is great when fish are feeding and the line doesn't lift and spook the fish👍

I'm sure if you were to scale things down they would but it might be tricky to tie with hooks under size 10s

Pretty much is an identical rig. No reason a bottom bait/wafter won't work :)

Very brave with the 3 rigs on the lip 😂 even if tipped with foam or blunted for a photo id somehow end up in the hospital 😂

Small mesh bag or foam if I can but at greater distances I just cast it out as it is and have had no issues
