Nuggets is one of the most unpredictable teams I've seen in a very long time. Sometimes they play so hard on both ends and can get on big runs against any team, but other times they get ran over against any team. They do have a lot of potential. If porter jr steps up as third star and they get a few more shooters o0n their team, they could be the team to beat in a few years. Nobody mentions that but Giannis to Nuggets makes a lot of sense. The Nuggets can actually afford Max contract for Giannis and still keep their nuclear

True as Millsap's max contract is running out this year and also Gary Harris' really bad contract will be vanished in two years. Anyways, It's pretty unclear if Jokic-centrique offense would work with Giannis in their team. To me Nuggets without usage of Jokic in offense are incredibly limited.

The reason these teams can go cold from the 3-point line despite being open is that there's levels to shooting 3's, open or contested. All these teams are so busy trying to replicate what the Warriors do without realizing that they are not the same level of snipers and it's actually constantly allowing a team like the Nuggets who have basically been put away a bunch of times in this series to continue to climb back. I welcome this behavior from around the league when the Warriors come back next season and take over once again.

Yup, it's not just having shooters! The warriors also used a very high number of screens and off-ball movement. Steph ran more miles in game time one season than any other player.

The point is that all the things off the ball open up for them in a way it doesn't for these other teams because they are not the snipers the Splash Bros are. Because of that threat, everything else opens up whereas with these teams, you live w/ them shooting as much as they want, really.

Do coaches already forgot how the Cavs attacked the Warriors switch everything Defense when they won in 2016? Those last few plays, whoever is guarded by Lou Williams or Zubac should set the screen on Murray. Attack the Weak link at all times or you play into the Clippers hands. Denver can easily punish the Clippers for switching everything because they will always have at least 1 poor perimeter defender on the court. Just attack them the whole game. Do that in game 6 and Clippers will need to gameplan differently in game 7 or they'll lose.

Everyone is trashing the Nuggets but I have to be honest they are my favorite team in the bubble, they showed us whole beauty of the game of basketball. With more experience (they most certainly have now - 3 playoff series - all 3 game 7 and this hopefully will go to the same game 7 but with different result than last season, Nuggets advance!) they are becoming a big problem and watch out for the Nuggets in the future! The future is bright and what is more important, take a look at the salary sheet - they are set up for the greatness if ownership suddenly decides not to pay and follow the OKC steps, then they are doomed. Hopefully that's not be the case.

Clippers should've won but the game should've been closed out by Pat Bev, PG13, Kawhi, Morris Sr and Zubac as they're the best lineup for the Clippers and also ensure that the clamps can be put on at any time. Beverley is also shooting well, so he's a better option for the closeout

It’s like this guy expects the clippers to shoot 50 percent from three. They shot 38 percent, which is more than enough for a good team that is supposed to be defensively elite to pull out. Not to mention a lot of the misses he showed was Morris, who shot 3/6 from 3. Kawhai and George also combined for 9/22 from 3 and hit their fair sure of contested ones.
