She's my role model, Khumo Kgwaadira.. I love how she handle customer attacks even though Rre Mogobe want her to take it through It's better to have customers who complain than those who don't. Because customer complaints is good feedback which helps you to improve on your product or service. But customers who don't complain just leave, vowing never to return and tell other potential customers not to buy from you. So you will be losing market and developing a negative brand equity without knowing. By the time you see the impact on your business it may be too late. So appreciate your customers when they complain. Are you too slow? Is your product quality poor? Are your chips too oily? Do you never pick up customer calls? Every time you get a complaint you improve.
