Calvin got us a good one! Super bright kid. Listening to him talking about being a no star recruit and having to work and learn, he sounds like a guy who will do the work to be better and do his job. I hope we can keep him long term.
@oldmansportsog25142 жыл бұрын
Calvin hit a homerun in this draft. This year they didn't have a pic so we grabbed another late first round pick plus grab the player who would have probably been in the top 20 in this draft in the second round and then he went out and just got a winner as an undracted free agent who unfortunately due to injury will be back with the nuggets next year on a two-way deal but I expect a year after that calling to be on a regular NBA contract

9-0 when he plays 20+ minutes is actually a solid stat. Very overlooked

This gives me so much hope for the team's present and long term goals. 5 years from now, Christian Braun is not only gonna be an NBA champ and a Denver Nugget but a starter as well.

@@mar9335 I was simply referencing his response to the question in the video. But I'm with you. It should take him less than 5 years to get there.

Braun has a professional mentality that's honestly beyond his years. He's confident in himself, but you also don't hear an ego about how good he is, but understanding his role and where he thrives. He's playing with his strengths and it shows each night. Excited to see where this kid goes.

@markost.89442 жыл бұрын
Now this is a great and very underrated pick. The way Braun plays is remarkable for a rookie but when you listen to him it kinda pops out why. Nuggets nailed it, he will be major part in whatever good they are about to do. You can see from the get go that Joker likes him and the way he plays, its about as big of approval as you can get.
