It's been a tough couple years. So much life has happened, and I never really got a chance to process what was happening until it had already passed. I decided this year was the one I'd go out and live again, and started doing new things and going to new places. I started going to therapy a couple months ago, and at my last session a couple weeks ago, I gave some more background as to where I'm coming from and what's gone on in the past few years in my life. She said: "You've been through a lot of big changes and tough situations lately, and honestly you're handling them all pretty well. Don't be harsh on yourself, you're doing great. Maybe it's time to give yourself a break." So that's what I'm doing, I've been letting all those anxieties about life go, and appreciating the moments for what they are. It's not like I don't feel any pain from loss or anything like that, but I feel peaceful again, like God's looking at me and going "There you go, you made it through. Now keep going and know that I am with you."
