Nuka is the son of Scar and Zira. Vitani's father may or may not be scar, and Kovu was adopted and chosen by Scar and Zira. So vitani and nuka may or may not be half siblings or full siblings. But they both have Zira as their mother. Some speculate Tama or Nala as Vitani's mother but this has not been clearly stated or confirmed by Disney guys. Stop making assumptions that you think are true.. -_-
