This song almost tore my heart apart the first time I really listen to it. After her passing, I was so deeply sad and hurt, but God guided me to this song and glory be to God, it was so uplifting that I have listen to it every day since then. When I first heard this song I was attending a funeral of a very close family friends' mother. She was like a mother to me and anybody else that grew up in the hood. I knew right away that this was the William Brothers. This song hit home and made me really realiize that.... I, too, Just Stopped By. This song brings tears to my eyes. I met someone that came into my life and I made a phone call one morning and he didn't answer. He was on his way home, he had just stopped by on his way home. He was sick and he made a spiritual impact on my life. Every conversation he would speak about the goodness of God. God was always 1st in his life.
