Great video ! As much as I like the e bikes and how they’ve developed over the years, the price point really leaves many of us behind. My first car didn’t cost half that but that’s not today or yesterday 😅 keep up the good work. 👍
@CatMTBPilot2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I completely agree it’s hard to understand the prices especially when you can get a motorbike for the same cost! Thanks for watching! 🙌

Thanks for info. Here in USA, I would have to drive 2 days to get one. I just got a yt decoy mx and it's pretty heavy. Trying to sell levo and levo sl to get Gen 3 levo for longer rides and yt for the bruiser.

Wow that’s a long drive! Good luck with the selling and the purchases. 🤟🙌

That bike is sick. That is funny what you said about E 13 cranks falling off. So true E 13 is nothing but trouble. Nice job on those jumps. Where is that trail?
@CatMTBPilot2 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for watching. Those trails are at The GAP, Glencullen Adventure Park. It’s a great spot! 🙌

26kg for small size? Think I'd be looking to Orbea Rise or Kenevo SL. Would like to know how it handle on twisty technical gravity trails. I'm 6ft 3 so handling and weight are always factors for me, I just can't turn on a hairpin like many lighter riders can. At 103kg the bike doesn't want to change direction too much for me, but when momentum is maintainable I get the benefit, problem is most natural manmade trails in Ireland have very poor flow makimg it a dull experience, which is why I'm building my own trail that works better for flow. Shout out to trailbuilders
@CatMTBPilot2 жыл бұрын
Ah massive kudos on building your own trail! That’s awesome. I think this bike is extremely nimble actually and yes it is heavy but it really didn’t feel this way at all when you were riding it, the only disadvantage being when you have to lift it!
@brendansherlock64422 жыл бұрын
@@CatMTBPilot it's in my shortlist for my first e mtb but I'm leaning more towards the Orbea Rise and maybe even a Giant Trance E. We're spoiled for choice. Luvin your vidz, keep up the great work/fun

Can't wait to try these majestic flow trails your building 🤭 Plenty of class natural trails in ireland you just need to have the skills to ride them well.

Thanks for the video. What's the motor protection unit you spoke of in the video?
@CatMTBPilot2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching! 🙌 The motor guard is from Amygos.fr 🤟
@IntoTheWhite042 жыл бұрын
It's heavy primarily due to its motor and battery I think you'll find.
@CatMTBPilot2 жыл бұрын
Very true Chris, thou it has a decent motor and battery which will always add to the weight it didn’t actually feel that heavy to bike on.

Great review Kat If you had the money would you buy the nukeproof or stick with the kenevo?

Great review Cat! So, for someone like me who is considering an ebike, which would you recommend, the kenevo or megawatt?
@CatMTBPilot2 жыл бұрын
I think my favourite is still the Kenevo but the Megawatt was very nimble and so much fun to ride too!
@joeernst2662 жыл бұрын
Hi Cat, thanks for the review! I’m considering the Megawatt over the Bullit. How would you compare them in their riding? I saw your Bullit review and it sounded like you really enjoyed it, but would love to hear how you think they compare. Cheers, Joe
@CatMTBPilot2 жыл бұрын
It’s on my list to do a comparison so stay tuned!! personally I preferred the Megawatt even thou it’s a heavier bike but it was probably because it was the right size for me so I felt really comfortable. I will say it did not feel like a heavy bike to ride. Dec preferred the Bullit as he thought the suspension worked really well. Thanks so much for watching! 🙌

Hi Cat What height are you ? I’m 5”2 and contemplating the nukeproof
@CatMTBPilot Жыл бұрын
Hi Julie, I’m 5ft 4. But I have shorter legs I think so I’d say the Nukeproof size s would be perfect for you. Thou the best advice is go see if you can test one out or at least sit on one to be sure!
