I visited the Kurla branch on 23rd Jun based on your review and it is pathetic. I have been regular customer of Delhi Zaika from many years and was surprised with the service and quality of the buffet. Road side stall will serve more tasty food. I gave the feedback to the staff and management as well but didn't feel they considered it much. None of the 8 starters or 3 gravies served are eatable. The taste is totally different from the regular menu items of Delhi Zaika. Very bad experience

I think u get paid from the hotel to speak good things about them. But please give complete information about the hotel for your viewers. There are different prices during weekends and weekdays. Plus they don't offer this offer in new Delhi zaka. This hotel shown in this video don't offer buffet service. We were asked to go to another branch which was Little far. This offer is not worth it for those who come with their family. The desert is not unlimited. Overall waste of money food is not that great.
