The MOI and their Civil Engineers are Responsible for Road and Drainage Designs. That was Right out Stupidity. What a Waste if Money Paying of them So call Experts to make Things worst for people. This is Professional Negligence. They should gave known Better thsn the Public. If a Member of Public pickup their Slack Work Effic than TONGA got a long way to Go. Then it comes bavk to the Government. This problems happened do many times before. Have they try to mitigate the situation. It seems a big NO NO. If that's how Our Government works sbd Department of MOI then Tonga needs to Hire Ecperts from Overseas and Fire them Locals Civil Engineers. Refund People's Tax back lol. Im Not a Civil Engineer but I think I can Solve the problems.
