Numark NDX800 review

Ello mate could you please help me out with my 800s?? One of em keeps slipping out of pitch and one is fine! How do I go about getting a software download and which one to get!!? I bought them third hand and don’t have any purchase info!! Please help me mate!! Thx very much if you can
