I have worked and lived in every area of Dallas and the Grimiest part of Dallas hands down is South Dallas/Lamar Trinity area off the 45/Elsie Faye Higgens neighborhood. This is beyond argument. PG has a few dangerous spots but it's not that bad if you stay in your lane.
