Thank you Jackie. I have been on carnivore which I've been getting on OK.. But I have a lot of weight to lose. My MJ pen came yesterday so I might start 1st dose on Thursday. A little bit unsure if carry on with Carnivore. But great advice here. New subscriber for you x

Thank goodness! Someone in the UK, all I've seen is people from the USA so far and there are differences of course. You have done brilliant Jackie! Enjoyed your video! Thanks for the advice re: Magnesium. Can I ask how much your provider charges for Mounjaro after the first one? I was charged £180 for the first and also the second one. I have only had 3 doses so far and have lost 1st!!!!

your being charged £180? medexpress £149 a month with discount code makes it £109 first one! can really recommend them very quick delivery. wow well done on your stone, you go girl! yes same 3 weeks in 13.5lbs, isnt it amazing lol not many in uk as pen different, glad u enjoyed the videos hope they help you. xx
