Things that are changed: 18's voice is different. 39's voice is changed. 51's voice is also changed. Another 54?!? 66's voice is different. 67 and 91 are both police officers. 69's 9 has a new voice. 77's has a new voice, but is similar to the original voice actor. Can someone tell me why do these changes spread among the characters? I will give a shoutout to my next video if doing so.
