why do we need (0,1) initially ? I didnt understand, can someone help me out

Consider if the first element itself is equal to the target sum. Then we need to search sum-target which is 0. Hence if we store 0 initially, then we can increment our answer by 1.

consider a array 1 ,2 ,3 ... prefix sum array = 1 ,3 , 6 .....to get sum of 2,3 from array we have to do (6-1) , not(6-3)

consider a row 1 ,2 ,3 ... prefix sum row = 1 ,3 , 6 .....to get sum of 2,3 from row we have to do (6-1) ..... and this same operation is done for all rows to get sum of submatrixes
