Numberblocks but only when 70 is on screen

Out of all the "Heroes with Zeroes", 70 here was definitely the least used
(If you're wondering why I cut his scene in The Big One off when he became 71, I don't count the compound characters as the characters themselves, like when I included compound 30 and 6 when I did 36's screentime)
