They might be, but even so they could be so much more without it. I'm sure I don't need to lecture anyone on the dangers of escapism, so I'll just say this: I've been wasted before with friends, and it was awesome. But I never want it to be a regular thing; it's not healthy long term. Very few things are wrong in and of themselves. Even Proverbs 31:7 excuses occasional drunkedness. But we should all strive to be "slaves to nothing." Get it? Salve to Nothing? I get points for trying right?
