13,697th comment. That instrument at 18:42 hits different. This luxury flute piece I used to listen back when I was in my first year in college 2021. I used to study while listening to this. Now I am in my post graduation first year, still feels the same with a very soft nostalic feeling which comes through. Reminds me of my previous me who was always confused, unsure, unfocused and always procrastinating. I haven't conquered all of this yet, but I am trying and I am in much better condition and that is what matters. This flute piece gives a sense of relief that everything will be okay. At last 'If it's not happy it's not the end.'✨✨

Welcome to Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism) sir. Sanatan Dharma believes entire universe is born from same source Whom we Hindus call AUM(OM). Hence we believe that Parmatma (God) is in every thing because all have born from same source and that same source is present within all as vital life force, hence all are equal that's why our Sanatan Dharma scriptures says "Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam" means not just 3-4 but whole world is our family. Love for all hatred for none. We believe within every living being there is divine God that's why we do namaste to all means I bow down to the divine in you. That's why you will find majority of Sanatan Dharmi Hindus vegetarian also as we see Parmatma (God) even within animals. Our Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism) is oldest civilization on planet Earth created by Parmatma. It all about spirituality and human salvation from cycle of birth and death. Welcome to Sanatan family. 😊

I found this piece while living in a homeless shelter…while others were listening to other more “high energy” tunes I would arrive and play this music while in the shower….every girl/woman always commented how cool/awesome it was….I felt so proud to be able to give “something” to these women who obviously needed it. Maybe another view, just for a moment….it spoke to so many…it helped me through one of the most challenging times of my life…never did I think 🤔 In a million years that I would be homeless and residing in a homeless shelter…I keep this song on my playlist and it helps me go to sleep every day as I am a NOC shift nurse….never assume anything…take a moment…get to know the people around you…even if for just a moment…i kind hello, open a small conversation at a coffee shop/local quick shop/supermarket ….we are all the same with all the same struggles…we all don’t have the same resources to pull out of things as others, but I promise you one thing…there are people out there who really deserve a kind person….

Somewhere down there, you are a person who knows how to stay happy all the time. U r stronger than most rich people who cannot live a day without their luxuries. Its these hard times that make people like us stronger from within. I beleive the actual fight is not with the outer world it's within oneself. And when we make peace within and learn to be happy wherever we are, worldly worries won't bother us as much. This piece of music we tend to go inwards.

Hi.😊😊 I have never met you, we will probably never meet. But you've found my comment, among all these thousands. If you are seeing this comment then take this as your sign that things will get better, that things will be alright, that you can get through this. Whatever troubles bring you here, or if you're simply here for the sake of relaxing, remember that you are important, you are valid, and that you have a right to be here. You are braver and stronger than you think. You're still here, trying to make things better and to live a better life. So whatever is keeping you up at night, it is not stronger than you. You can get through this. I don't know you, you can dismiss this as the meaningless words of a stranger, or you can believe me. Whatever you chose, I believe in you.

To those who need to hear these words, I pray for you and myself as well to have strength and peace in our mind and hearts. Life, unfortunately, is not fair. How can anyone not like it? That is so good. Even if you don't use it for meditation, it is so uplifting. I have had a theory for a long time that the reason the East is advanced Spiritually, is because of their understanding and the connection between Spirituality and Music. Is not music just another level of vibration and as the Universe is in constant motion, and music is the bridge.

As I close my eyes, I get the sense that I am sitting in a garden in india, warm summer breeze flowing across my skin and he smell of fragrant flowers and spices with a hint of temple incense fills the air. This song is playing in the background of my mental image which makes it all the more rich and vibrant in my mind. Namaste : )

I used to have these visions as a child; playing in the backgarden of a semi-detached house in the arse end of nowhere in Britain, around 7 years old, I'd play make-believe that I was an Indian child in a huge, beautiful exotic garden, with beautifully coloured saris drying on the washing-line instead of our plain white sheets ;) ... I've now idea where these ideas came from: I knew nothing about anywhere really, at seven years old. But somehow, the sound of Indian flute takes me straight back to those childhood imaginings, so sweet and strong and vivid. The power of a child's imagination, we underestimate it! 🌌

+Urban Rabbit Jesus saved me from the pit of anxiety and depression, and further suicidal thoughts... Jesus loves us so much, that He suffered and died for us, so we wouldn't have to go to hell as punishment for sinning against God... Confess to God that we are all sinners, who desperately need a saviour, and confess that Jesus is your Lord and saviour, and if you really mean it from your heart, you need to stop willfully sinning and the moment you accept Christ, the Holy Spirit will come dwell in you and He will be your helper and comforter, i speak from experience, i accepted Jesus and then received the Holy Spirit, and my life actually changed its not a lie, it pretty much confirms that the Bible really is God's Word, because i felt the Holy Spirit's presence before i even knew what the Holy Spirit did... Im not forcing you to accept Him, but im begging you to consider Him :)

Hinduism is not really a religion, it is more of a spiritual way of leading a peaceful and happy life...You can be a Christian and live a hindu life... It teaches us yoga, meditation, music, inner peace, how to be healthy with vegan food. It teaches us science as Gita is one of most scientific books available in the world. Everyone lives a hindu life at least once in their lifetime...if one does yoga/meditation, he/she is living a hindu life...if one helps the poor, he/she is living a hindu life...if you are vegan, you are living a hindu life...if you are listening to this music, you are living a hindu life....As I said Hinduism is not a religion, it is a way of life... when I listen to this, I am brought back to the yoga classes I used to attend with my mom when I was really young, around 8 or 9. I used to always fall asleep during shavasana (and I still often do). There was this one time when I woke up to my mother gently shaking me awake and calling my name, and I softly and slowly opened my eyes to a dim room with yellow glowing electric candle lights all around me. I looked around and no one was there. It was just me and mom. It felt like I was a baby again. I felt so much peace. A river of this peace. Mom told me that it had been an hour since the class ended, but I looked so peaceful that the teacher let me continue sleeping. Now I am 19, and those days, I didn't know how much yoga would end up meaning to me. Thank you.

You know, this music reminds me of a fond memory I have. It was summer, and my family and I were touring Alaska for our summer vacation. We were boarding a bus to tour the Arctic Circle. Right across the aisle from where I was sitting was an elderly Indian woman and her adult daughter, also Indian. I was quite surprised to learn that they were both Hindu, so being the curious guy I was, I asked them about their culture. It was so fascinating to interview a native of India and hear about Hindu tradition from them, and I'll never forget them. Ever.

@@АлександрПерчов-ж9у sorry but this is not Hindi music. This is actually Raga music as Western music theorists call it, and we call it traditional or classical Indian music. Indian classical music theory is based on various Ragas and their improvisation, unlike Western music theory it has no chords etc. This is a typical flute used in Indian classical music but there are others. Flutes are unseparable part of Indian classical and many of other traditional and folk music and you can tell only by listening to the melody of the flute whether it is a classical tune or folk tune.

This makes me think of George Harrison. If one of the lads from Liverpool could take up Hinduism and have his ashes scattered at Varanasi - proving his devotion, you know there is a little something in this for everyone, just listen. Jai Guru Deva, Om See you all on the banks of the Ganges some time, Limitless peace and understanding.

I have been listening to this for 2 years now. From time to time, sometimes day after day i would sleep myself at night with headphones playing this for long into the night. In the bus, at work, walking around the park and being in nature. I truly connected with something here, and it is my place of love and serene solitude, reminding me of the amazing experience of life, of that joyous childlike state of wonder. Away from the grim difficulties and obstacles of chaotic life in modern society. Thank you NuMeditation, you have no idea how helpful this has been.

I am disabled (and just not used to using my body that much really) but my fiancee Jim is pretty badly hurt from a car accident we were in 2 weeks ago Tuesday, in Angeles Crest Mountains. It was horrific, and for awhile I truly saw the accident/felt the impact sometimes when I closed my eyes and envisioned it. (I shouldn't have, smh) Anyway please send positive thoughts out there wherever you are than Jim heals and that I find the strength to help day in and day out. We were going to buy a home, but he's going to be laid out for a few months, so that's been put on hold, and I'm really bummed about that. I would do some yoga if there was room in here. Thank you for posting something that takes me out of my tragic reality. At least he's not dead. But damn this is a hard road ahead for both of us; his family is affected too....prayers and light, Namaste~ Amber

Hello Amber and Jim, please have faith things are about to get better. The universe is so perfect it would not test both of you this way if you hadnt the strenght. Many times it will close a door before it opens a new one. And between these openings you are given the time to introspect and look into to those things that really are in need of your full attention. Meditade more. Do it for yourself. Let go of fear. Bring more unconditional love into your daily thoughts. Practise love within, and you will experience it going out naturally. Fill your mind with compassion. Supress you ego. Dont think about what others thinks of you. Let love guide you, not fear. Every crisis preceeds development. Its a fundamental law of nature. Remeber to keep the faith and love in you mjnds and hearts.

I love it. I’m black and Indian and I fell in love with this hymn and when I tell you guys the first 10-15 I’m knocked out sleeping. It’s crazy the instruments just do something to my soul. I’m kind of sad it’s only 3 hours because I wake up out of my sleep to replay it when it’s over. Like this hymn is my gas machine to keep me asleep until it’s time to wake up. I love it.

It is evening, and I am sitting in a dimly lit room, listening to this music. Lately, series of stressful days, bad sleep, critical sickness of close family member, uncertainty of future have been keeping me down. It is combination of sadness within and this class of music which pushes me to look within instead of trying to find solutions outside. For me this is imbalance of energy, when machine runs out of energy it stops to work, and in time dust and rust covers it. So, my quest is to find source of perennial (ever flowing) energy, and I know it can only come from within.
