As a Chinese I'm ashamed of not knowing how to play any Chinese instrument.. I love the Erhu yet I was forced to learn the piano instead :s I mean, Western music is good yet the Chinese traditional music has its own beauty and it's worth learning too, it makes me feel calm and peaceful, and it's the kind of music that's closest to the sound of nature to me. I must learn it someday when I grow up!

China's wide varieties of traditional music, meditational music, parades, cultural past and dances are a one of a kind. I've always admired them. The Dragon dances and Lion dances especially caught my eyes. This music fills my mind with peace, harmony, and positive thoughts. I think I may have found the peaceful side of KZbin. I awaken the warrior within, to stand my ground, to defend my people, to stand up for myself when others won't - to lead in love and harmony, for the well being of all beings, even if this leadership may require unapologetic fierceness at times - I stand tall and unwavering. Like an old oak tree deeply rooted into its soil, I am grounded in myself and my natural divinity to the fullest extent. May all beings prosper, flourish, and reach their highest potential. 🙏

Did you ever notice that the Asians have some of the best music and art and clothes and architecture in this whole world like they thought before they did it. Yeah. This music is very nice. I was shocked being raised in the USA that other cultures train the soul, the mind and the body. While white Anglo Saxon just let their children grow up. Yes it is obvious that they thought about it before they did it to their children. Such gorgeous chi souls and music and art. We in this world can't lose this to any modern or so called modern cultures. Grace Namaste

China has been one of the most violent regions for over thousands of years. This is one of the reasons why China was one of the first parts of the world that actually built major civilisations with well-functioning administration. Absolutely divine music to feel oneself by following the sounds of the unfolding melody and surfing the forming waves with the divine consciousness given to us and letting oneself go, but at the same time nourishing the essence of the emerging field of music - the magical space - through the joy felt in the moment of the moment. I am grateful for this wonderfully touching music, whose strangeness is perhaps strange to me as a German at first, but this unknown type of music and strange sounds opened my senses to the maximum through the unusual form and represents for me a divine declaration of love. I already notice that I talk or write myself around my head and collar with the highest praise, but for me it is true ... there can be no better melodies for meditation. I wish you all the best!

It saddens me that my generation of teens listens to nothing but repetitive rap and songs with no more than four chord progressions. Whilst some Western culture songs and bands are still very good (e.g. Coldplay, Twenty One Pilots, bands that have meaning, not just artists such as Jason Derulo that only sing about sex) it's such a shame to see this beautiful music unnoticed and batted away for the more mainstream stuff. And the even sadder thing is, that many people just say "Whatever, cool I suppose" because a lot of the time, they feel pressured to ignore it in fear of being seen as weird or out there. As someone in love with modern orchestral composers and not a drop of asian blood in my veins, I absolutely love this music and wish more people could appreciate it.
