If for a particular soil three samples are tested and three values are given then how you decide the soil type...( Note same soil but three diffeeent test results)

Please look at Indian standard classification of soil. Soil types depends upon their grain sizes. If more than 50% soil is retained on 0.075 mm sieve, then it's a course grain soil. If more than 50% is passing through 0.075 mm sieve then it's a fine grain soil. If it's a course grain soil and more than 50% is passing 4.75 mm sieve then it's a Sand else it's a gravel. Fine grain soil can also be classified based upon plasticity chart. I will make a video about next week.

can someone enlighten me on how did he interpolate the values of D10, D30, and D60?

Hey hi. You just draw a horizontal line (shown in red) from 10% on Y axis till it meets your curve. Once it meets the curve, you can draw vertical line till it meets X axis. Where ever it meets X axis, that's your value of D10. Same thing you repeat for D30 and D60.
