Sir... At 10:49 haw can the value of R×lamda be different in both equations(though the value of R and lamda is same for both eq)

That is the question I was expecting.. When we perform the Newton's ring experiment, there may be some error in the reading because of human error or instrumental limitation. This is why when we consider two readings separately, the values of R * λ may be slightly different but almost same. In order to reduce this error, we take two readings and use the above approach to find the value of R * λ. To further reduce the error, we will take multiple readings and plot a graph (Dn^2 vs n). Then from slope of the graph, more accurate value of R * λ can be found out.
