In this session, Mr. Praveen Kulkarni sir will discuss about Hydrostatic force . This session will be relevant for all the students from the Mechanical Engineering background.
ABOUT US:
Our Academy was started in the year 2013 with two purposes:-
(1) To impart quality education to Mechanical Engineering students
(2) To inculcate morals, ethics, principles and values among students.
Our Academy has achieved excellent success ratio so far and year by year there is an improvement in each and every area. The tests conducted at KAME are unique, i.e., Questions are not repeated and they are new. Our students are doing well in BARC, GATE, Various PSUs and ESE. Due to limited strength, each student is given personal attention. KAME believes in teaching subjects in a simple manner, we teach subjects from zero level. sir, in tipping problem centre of pressure is always below the centre of gravity ,then how it is going above? can it be less then centre of gravity ?

On the first problem, while calculating Vertical forces of CD curve, fluid is under the curve but during calculation you take the fluid weight of upward the curve, why?

dfv vertical component of force =qgx dA cos(theta) dA cos(thetha) = volume; q is the density dfv=qg* volume dfv= wt of the fluid
