Sir actually there is one more counselling going on this month, which is a little inferior than md/ms it's called dnb.. so 1. shoudl i take it up anywhere.. like substandard place (like without much teaching, practical exposure) or 2. shall I wait for next year's exam in Jan and prepare again to get MS seat in reputed places. (With good teaching and excellnt practical experience for 3 yrs in the degree) . I mean if I study well and get a great rank? The second option is tiresome now but good later on.. first option is easy now jsut to take somewhere but then there is struggle for the 3 years of degree in it... my mind and heart bending towards second option though..
