Numi what you think buy the 2002 or the 2017 5 sov I have the smaller sizes of both more of the 17s about the same price seemed to me getting a70 grade 2002 would become more valuable in future

More lovely coins for grading, I missed the boat this time, not to worry next year is not too far away. I must admit the 5 Sovereign is in a league of its own, absolutely stunning coin, its a pity the set has to be split in order to obtain one, I, think I could live with that though. Cheers.

It will be interesting to know how the current popularity of grading will impact mint sales going forwards as their current packaging does not meet a major component of a growing mainstream collector demand (slabbing) in that fewer will pay high premiums for the grading risk and all the extra admin needed....always look forward to seeing these coins and those quintuples are always spectacular!

Since I’m also the chef in my household, my family has been inundating me with gifts of kitchen pots, utensils, aprons, and cookbooks over the last 15 years. For them, it’s very automatic and for me, overdone. I wish I could get them on the gold/silver/price guides/coin supplies page but I’m afraid that will take a lot of re-training. 😆

I submit my coins through NGC Germany, they provide a great service and my coins are insured at every point in their journey, they also have onsite grading every few months
