Just a side note, the Ptermander ability counts other artifacts and does not include its self. So, they did not have the ability to activate it as it costs 7 and they could only reduce it by 2 mana. You made the right play it just didnt matter in the face of removal.

I would have went with the blue black deck. You DO have plenty of card draw and your curve is great. But your pool was very good overall.

@@armin3582 drownyard lurkers draw cards, lands can cycle to draw cards, and the 2/3 creature draws cards as well (repeatably)

@@pekkapulli Why the talk about variance? this pool clearly had to end in a GWR deck. Forcing 4 colours with a clumsy manabase and awkward early game because of the Frog and Nadu over the super consistent, solid, and with better synergy deck makes no sense to me.
