The fact that these are best of 1's is so insane. If it was Bo3 I would maybe consider it but with formats like Bloomburrow, going first is so huge without option to tech / sideboard for game 2 if you lose the coin flip

Considering it's a Sealed and not a Draft, there are very few truly effective aggro decks. My first and only attempt went 6-0, and I was on the play twice and on the draw four times with a Golgari deck featuring a 4/6 greenshell and the 2/2 deathtouch squirrel that lets you play creatures from the graveyard by foraging, plus 3 removal spells. The rest of the deck wasn’t anything special. The 2/5 creature that surveils 1 for three mana was very useful for activating some synergies. The level of the opponents wasn’t very high either-maybe more people were playing during the holiday period. I’m saying this because, if you already have the gems ready (I didn’t buy any), I would give it a try for the chance to win 2 nice boxes.
