Another great thing about the Nuna Sena is that the fabric does not have any flame retardants. In my opinion, that is the more important specification.

That's good bc when my house is burning down I'm definitely going to forget my LO in there!

jtm87 it’s about the chemicals in flame retardants!
@tracyk24043 жыл бұрын
Flame-retards contain chemicals that are significantly harmful for baby, or anyone for that matter. Purchase wool products for a natural flame-retardant free of chemicals.

Which do you recommend for a 3 month old that weighs 12 lbs: nuna, 4moms is halo nest
@sandrawalters1954 жыл бұрын
hi there, my only question is for the nuna, i see the bars supporting the playard, inside the are they padded so the baby doesn't hit his head or kind of padded?
@TheBabyCubby3 жыл бұрын
Hi Sandra! Yes, the Nuna Sena Aire's mattress is plenty thick to cushion a baby's head! You can see our more updated video on it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pKeWi514jNKInck

Is the 4Moms Breeze certified Greenguard or made of organic materials such as the Nuna Sena?
@TheBabyCubby3 жыл бұрын
The 4Moms Breeze is not certified Greenguard. However this playard is free of toxins like BPA, PVC, lead, and flame retardants.

Are there any safe bassinets for babies that are rolling over? I was considering getting one of these. My baby is 3 1/2 months old and rolling already. I would like to keep her in our room longer. Would she have to sleep on the lower part because she can roll?
@TheBabyCubby6 жыл бұрын
Even though your baby is only 3.5 months old we highly recommend putting her in the lower setting. When babies start to roll over this increases their chances of being about to roll or out of the bassinet hight crib. Which bassinet are you currently using?
@steph0sobol6 жыл бұрын
The Baby Cubby Currently using the Halo bassinet. Looking for an option for night time that we could have in our room. But don’t want her sleeping all the way down by the ground (would be too difficult for me to bend and get her out right now). She is used to firm surfaces with the halo bassinet and her crib in her room.

In this case we would recommend going with the Nuna Sena. You will be able to use the Sena bassinet until your child is able to sit, kneel or to pull themselves up, so you will get longer use out the bassinet which will keep them higher longer. You can purchase the Sena by following the link. www.babycubby.com/nuna-sena-aire-playard-night.html or is you are cramped for space you can get the mini version www.babycubby.com/nuna-sena-mini-playard.html

The Baby Cubby thank you! Is there anywhere that has the specifications of the bassinet part. In other words, the measurements from the floor to the bassinet and from the bassinet to the top.

Argh! These are not bloody portable cribs! These are PLAYPENS! Portable cribs are actually standardized and regulated like full size cribs now, and have been since the standards were updated in 2011! Please do NOT confuse newbies by using incorrect terminology! I used a portable crib for my 3rd child born in 2015 because theyre actually as safe as a full size crib now, and I have a tiny home. I used the LA Baby CS-81 portable crib to be specific. Portable cribs only fold flat and are actually only miniature versions of a full size crib. Playpens fold up via mechanisms in their frame (or disassemble in the case of the Phil & Ted's Travellerand) and have either sectioned mattresses with built in boards as a means of mattress support that wrap around the compactly folded frame of the playpen, or have and "inflatable" mattress like in the Phil & Ted's Traveller. Furthermore, while there are rules and regulations for playpens on the U.S. market, just like any other baby product on the U.S. market, they are not regulated like full-size and portable/mini/non-full-size cribs are.

Good to clarify that play yards are not a substitute for a crib in your home. As grandparents, we used the Nuna Sena for our new grand child when she was first born and visiting. We loved that the bassinet use much lower from the top of the playyard.
