Why the Tower tarot on Nungal in particular? Is it because of the 2x 9% p. atk up?

That, but also actions during Inanna's extra turn counts as "not the unit's turn" so all of Nungal's damage here is buffed by the Tower tarot.

Is the scroll of Auguste important? RNG has blessed me with 9 mysterious deflection devices instead.. :/ I see that it’s used on Edda to get ahead of nungal. So nungal will not get her box before using deadly aim. But the dog buffs and mdef debuffs should still be active?

You're right, for this clear it's used so Edda can give Nungal Highland advantage but for all the other buffs it isn't needed.

I dont understand dude, I tried the last one too but all My col did was like 900 ~ 1.5k per hit, shes 5 star and has 3k power, but I just can't deal damage nor break it shield

I believe the first shield is a magic shield, and then it alternates to physical and then back to magic. Also for more damage, there is a node in the seeker talents that grants 15% defense penetration.

For a one turn clear, maybe not. I'm not sure if anyone else can apply Vulnerable. Generally you could with someone like Safiyyah or Cocoa.
