Very nice video But in that model you don't need to download any application go in seetting enable developer mode. Go in developer mode enable OEM lock after that just reset the phone in setting your phone is open

This video is good but you dont need any App! After Hotmail or outlook Registration. Hit G Mail, than (manage account) than hit about phone button and restore the phone. Than Turn the phone off. Now it works!

This worked for me mate, thanks very much. Just got a second hand phone as I broke my current one and had no contact with the original owner. ALSO when I got to the step where you launch home using the app, I didn't get home button or multitasking access and it threw me back to the Google login page. This isn't what happened in your video, but luckily I just hit back and continued following the video's steps and it worked! Just thought I'd add this in case anyone else gets a similar issue.
