Every guitarist, and every "artist" never had any money. He had to build his own guitars out of wood he found in the forest, and couldn't afford to even buy paint for these hand built guitars. Oh, so sad these poor struggling musicians before they were "discovered". Lol. What utter Bull. It makes a good I came from nothing, and now look at me story.

Sure I do, I know exactly what I'm talking about. Were you school buddies with him growing up....No. You don't know what your talking about. I suppose Nuno Scrounged around in dumpsters to find most of the parts for his home made guitars. I can tell you that buying tuners, a bridge, pickups, a neck, and a body is much more expensive than buying a guitar. I don't doubt that his family may have been on a tight budget, so I'm sure they didn't rush out and buy him a Les Paul right out of the gate. He probably had some cheap Kay or sears crap that he played. I just doubt all the over exaggerated "I was dirt poor and couldn't afford air", bull that these artists try to say about themselves. Now, if you feel you have the need to personally defend Nuno's honor, and further "set me straight on the facts", save it.
