what does the file size mod do? I'm not a Modder is that for modding or this is a mod for the game ?

any time a modder adds a new move or deletes a move, you have to calculate the total file size, and count the number of moves. it gets to be a pain having to do it over and over, this is just a tool that does it for you, to save time while modding.
