Nuoret Seprat - Noored Sõbrad (Young Friends) was finnish-estonian international project that was carried out during years 2017-2020. The aims of the project were:
to strenghten the co-operation between Finland and Estonia
focus on various water- and nature-realated activities such as fishing, sailing, sea culture and traditions, tourism, nature protection and environmental issues
renew old tradition of trade between families "seprakauppa - sõbrakaubandus" to modern ways of co-operation
emphasize and improve principles and different ways of entrepreneurship
There were five partners in the project: Kehitysyhtiö Interfin Oy, Leader Sepra and Etelä-Suomen Kalatalousryhmä ESKO from Finland and Virumaa Koostöökogu & Virumaa Rannakalurite Ühing from Estonia. Project was financed by European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and European Maritime and Fisheries Fund.
