nuphory & Integra 「 REALITY 」a hopeful collage

this song has a lot of history that doesn't make its way into the video, or overall presentation, and I think its somewhat interesting to elaborate on Reality's origins and meaning to us. I produced a demo called Reality50 in early 2020, and what abruptly stuck out to me was this feeling of longing and yearning that the melody and composition had. It's a feeling that's distant and somewhat close and intimate at the same time. Up until recently it was just a concept between volant and I, but we felt somewhat attached to the vague-ness the song had, and knew it was best to finish it together and fully articulate that nostalgic energy the song portrays. I feel like the best way to describe it, is it's a collage of feelings and experiences that we both long for, and push ourselves away from hope you all enjoy!! 💖

Finally came across your music again. Didn't know you changed your alias and your style. I first head your music on Monstercat YEARS back, when I was in grade and middle school. Absolutely insane how far you've come as an artist. This nostalgic Y2K esque sound design is phenomenal, it brings me back to when times were most memorable and simple. I listened to a lot of trance when I was a kid, the sounds you synthesize sound exactly like tracks I would listen to in David Guetta, Armin Van Burren, Tiesto, DJ Lev, and Above and Beyond's mixes. Insane. Such a vast amount of talent and effort definitely goes into things like this. For the first time in a long time, I am able to relive feelings and memories I thought were long gone.
