NURBURGRING RACING FOR THE BEST AND THE WORST (CRASH, FIGHT, CLOSE CALL, SLIPSTREAM…)

Hello all!
here is a video with some recap of the best and worst moments of my racing season 2022 into the CAYMAN TROPHY by Manthey Racing at the nurburgring
me at the wheel but also my two teamates Marius and Daniel

Also our team WS motorsport and Janick (the carchief for radio communication and strategy into the team for our car)
Please note
We do not drive the same car all time because on second part of the season chassis has to be changed and so to be in time for race we used the « Mule » 718 GT4, which is the same car but with a different livery
Every Porsche cayman we fight with are exactly similar, so it is only about driving skills who can make the difference on close fight and strategy for the race result
Spec of the car used into the cayman trophy by every participant (cup3 class)
Porsche 718 CAYMAN GT4 CS with Nurburgring trophy specs
Suspension KW COMPETITION 2WAYS with no adjustment possible
Only camber and heigh of the car can be adjusted depending of wish from each driver and team
Engine: Flat 6 3.8liters 440hp
Weight: 1340KGS dry
Fuel capacity: 120liters of SP98
Record laptime 8MIN32 complete gp sprint + nordschleife, so 6.59 full lap nordschleife and or 6.41BTG

NLS championship at the nurburgring is a German racing competition who only happen on the NURBURGRING nordschleife + GP track combinate
The championship include 9 complete races week end (friday practice, saturday morning qualify and saturday afternoon the race of 4hrs or 6hrs
In general the squad is in between 3 to 4 drivers in each car who take the start with one stint of 8/9 laps for each driver
Multiple category of car compete in this championship
The slowest car class is V4 class (BMW 325i) and the fastest sp9 PRO (GT3 car)
In general on every start we can find around 150 cars splitted in 3 different groups, launched start not standing start

Love the videos as always. If you've played Assetto Corsa Competizione, how does it's physics compare to the real thing?

Good question! I it quiet realistic yes, but the weather conditions and the grip is really different In real life sometimes we have more than 10 different asphalt grip area due to the weather and track conditions 😱 So this is very difficult to manage

Loved that near the end where you drafted up on the Audi after it passed! Which driver has what color helmet?

Yes this sample was for showing the slipstream effect The Audi has around 40hp more than the cayman, but since you are un the slipstream it is possible to catch….untill the next curv where he disappear 😅 Carbon helmet is me and white or blue helmet my teammates

How much does an one race would cost per person if it is sharing by 2 or 3 drivers. You don’t have to give exactly amount you paid just something about it. It would be closer to 4000 euro per person per race or more?
