Just came across your vid! I bought my 2nd VFR after a 20 year gap. I found a 2014 with only 4K miles on it. Love it. See you ride like this on a VFR makes me wonder why you'll see so many people on KZbin slam it for it's weight, it's lack of horsepower, etc. I could NEVER ride like you but admire how well you do so. Sure wish Honda still made it. Thanks again for a really great video - Rick
@NurburgringBikerBlog Жыл бұрын
Thank you Rick very comment, yes the VFR is one of the greatest motorcycles of all time in my opinion and the handling is absolutely perfect, I did remove the centre stand and rear pillion pegs which saved a little weight but in all honesty the VFR is no heavier than any other Bike. Also in think around 110 to 130 bhp is the sweet spot of power, all these 200 bhp bike's you cannot ride to 100%

@@P4WELpl I don't think it's nearly as harmful for that particular engine as you think. the RC45 streetbike freely revved to 12.5 and red @ 13 and for good reason. it made power there. I get the feeling the VFR800 (of which the engine is derived directly) can spin to 13 w/o much harm, it will just never make power there due to the intake/cam/exhaust combo.
